Third Soligorsk victory over Zhodino in a few days? Soligorsk vs Zhodino Free Betting Tips & odds 03/19/2020 – Premier League Belarus
A few days before the start of the new season, the biggest star in Belarusian football announced his retirement. The 38-year-old Aliaksandr Hleb now wants to dedicate himself to the family. Not only thanks to Hleb, Belarusian football is currently on everyone’s lips, but also because it is one of the only leagues in which football is played.
Soligorsk vs Zhodino Free Betting Tips
The season starts this weekend. The top game is the duel between last year’s third Soligorsk and Zhodino (sixth).
For both teams, the duel on matchday one – which will kick off on Friday afternoon. – is a deja vu. Before the start of the new season for Vysheyshaya Liha, the cup quarter-finals were on the program and it came to an end – and second leg also to this duel.
Soligorsk underpinned the role of favorite and prevailed twice. Anything other than an opening win on Friday would also be a surprise.
Soligorsk – Statistics & current form
Aliaksandr Hleb will probably answer the question of the best-known Belarusian footballer, while BATE Borisov is the logical answer to the question of the best-known club. But Shakhtar Soligorsk should also be known to die-hard football fans. The club has been at the forefront of Belarusian football for several years. With the exception of the 2014 season, Soligorsk each achieved a place in the top three.
The biggest success was undoubtedly the title win in 2005, and there were also three cup wins – including last season. As a result, the Belarusians can sniff air internationally, at least for a short time, year after year. In the current 2019/20 season, the team survived two rounds against Hibernians Football Club (Malta) and Danish representative Esbjerg FB before Serie A club Turin FC were one size too big.
Third win in a row for Soligorsk against Zhodino?
Despite 20 wins in 30 games last season, Soligorsk was ten points behind champions Brest in the final accounts. The third in the table, however, had the best defensive in the league. Together with runner-up BATE Borisov, only 21 goals were conceded in 30 games. At Soligorsk betting on wins without a goal is definitely recommended. There were 15 “zero successes” in 2019. Between Soligorsk and Zhodino, there is currently a double stake in this prediction.
A handicap success could also be an option, because Soligorsk presents itself as a strong home team. Last season the club achieved a 12-2-1 record at the Stroitel stadium at home.
Probable lineups of Soligorsk:
Gutor – Antic, Khadarkevich, Politevich, Burko – Szöke, Kendysh – Shindagoridze, Diasamidze, Balanovich – Podstrelov

02/01 2020 FK Akhmat 1 – 3 Schachzjor Salihorsk
12/01 2019 Schachzjor Salihorsk 1 – 0 FK Gorodeya

Zhodino – Statistics & current form
The club was founded back in 1961 and enjoyed great success in the early 1970s and 1980s. The title was celebrated four times in the Belarusian Soviet Socialist Republic. In the Vysheyshaya Liha, which was introduced in 1992, Zhodino was a founding member, but had to take second place with only two victories in the first year.
It was not until 2001 that the team returned, and since then the club has been playing again and again in the Belarusian Oberhaus and celebrated their greatest triumph in 2010 with the cup victory. Since 2013, the club has been oscillating between fifth and seventh in the final accounts. Last season, fourth place would have been the best result since 2007. But the Puntus eleven only collected four points in the last seven league games.
New coach with Zhodino not yet successful
In general, head coach Yuri Puntus’ balance sheet is anything but successful. The coach took over the club at the end of September and has now accumulated just seven points (2-1-7 record) in ten competitive matches. If the start of the season should be put in the sand after the cup has ended, there could soon be another coach change.
After several new additions in winter, the current team can no longer be compared to that from autumn, but the first two cup games did not necessarily give rise to hope. Although the third and sixth of last season are facing each other, the difference in quality cannot be dismissed out of hand. The clear role as an outsider is justified and is underpinned by the weak form. Accordingly, we do not recommend a tip in the direction of guests between Soligorsk and Zhodino.
Probable lineup of Zhodino:
Bushma – Ustinov, Stepanov, Yashin, Allseyko – Khachaturyan, Kapienko – Yusov, Nikolaevich, Antilevski – Gorbachik

Soligorsk vs Zhodino Direct Comparison
The direct comparison between the two teams speaks a very clear language. In 32 of the 49 games between Soligorsk and Zhodino so far, the prediction for Soligorsk’s success was the right decision.
In the past 2019 season, the favorite won both league games by zero. This year the teams faced each other in the quarter-finals of the national cup competition in the first and second leg. Again, in both games the bet on a zero success (2-0 and 1-0) was the right choice.

The Belarusian league, which starts on Friday, is now the focus of attention. At the start of the new all-year championship, the teams face each other for the third time in a row.
