Zhodino – Statistics & current form
The club was founded back in 1961 and enjoyed great success in the early 1970s and 1980s. The title was celebrated four times in the Belarusian Soviet Socialist Republic. In the Vysheyshaya Liha, which was introduced in 1992, Zhodino was a founding member, but had to take second place with only two victories in the first year.
It was not until 2001 that the team returned, and since then the club has been playing again and again in the Belarusian Oberhaus and celebrated their greatest triumph in 2010 with the cup victory.
